Position Overview
As Momivate’s Cultivate Leader, you will oversee initiatives that help mothers develop their natural instincts into confident maternal influence. This role is one of Momivate’s four key pillars. You will provide leadership, train and support volunteer mentors, and enhance curriculum and programming to strengthen motherhood.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentorship & Training:
- Oversee the Momivator program, training and supporting volunteer mentors who lead SMILE gatherings.
- Ensure program guidelines are followed and issue certificates to trained Momivators.
- Supervise the Momivator Coordinator and RAISE UP CouncilMoms to facilitate program success.
- Curriculum Development:
- Lead the development and refinement of the R.A.I.S.E. U.P. curriculum.
- Curate and integrate new resources to enhance curriculum topics.
- Support curriculum contributors in creating meaningful content for mothers.
- Momversations Oversight:
- Provide guidance and support for the Momversations Podcast, which shares the R.A.I.S.E. U.P. curriculum through engaging discussions.
- Maintain communication with hosts and production assistants to offer strategic input and guest recommendations.
- Leadership & Outreach:
- Serve as a “Mombassador,” representing Momivate through outreach efforts, group presentations, and networking opportunities.
- Build connections with mothers who could benefit from Momivate’s programs or contribute as volunteers.
Requirements
- Passion for supporting and empowering mothers.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to dedicate at least 3 hours per week.
- Willingness to participate in weekly board meetings (upon transition to MotherBoard role).
- Commitment to nonprofit fundraising (personal donation, donor recruitment, or organizing fundraisers).
