We're working to get enough grants and sponsors so that the cost to moms will be minimal, and potentially they'll be able to earn MomUnits through the MomEconomy App that they can exchange for their ticket -- so essentially it would be free!

THRIVE! Finding Joy and Courage in Motherhood: Momivate's 2026 Mothering Convention

Join Momivate on Saturday, October 10th, 2026 at the Karen Gail Miller Conference Center in Sandy, Utah as we provide to moms a synergistic day of connection, education, and rejuvenation in the profession of Motherhood!

We hope to attract 600+ mothers from all walks of life, including those who might need scholarships. Your fee goes towards providing scholarships, and we are so grateful for your partnership. Also, if you choose the SMILE Sponsor level, we will include two full-day registrations that you can use as a giveaway, whether holding a contest or offering it as an award.

SMILE sponsor vendors will be placed in the hallways, which is high visibility. All other vendors will be in the vendor fair.

In order to decrease downtime for vendors, all vendors are encouraged to invite their audience to visit the vendor fair for FREE throughout the day, even if the moms will not be attending the workshops.

Vendor opportunities vary - please read options carefully as you complete the application below.

To make the day more fun and inspire some interaction, we request two donations: One for us to giveaway at one of our workshops, PLUS a second one we can use as a prize for those who complete the BINGO-style cards we will have that encourage moms to visit vendors.

TERMS, LICENSE, and RELEASE

You, as a Presenter with us, do hereby consent to the distribution and reproduction(s) of the your likeness, name, and image as part of the event entitled "Momivate's Mothering Convention: THRIVE: Finding Joy and Courage in Motherhood" (herein referred to as the "Event"). Your checking the box and signing below is confirmation that you have agreed to present or otherwise participate in the Event, a production of Momivate along with other sponsors and partners.

In consideration of participating in the Event and for no monetary compensation, you hereby grant Momivate the non-exclusive, royalty free, irrevocable, and worldwide rights and license to reproduce, distribute, earn funds from, and charge registration fees to the Event; and your information, likeness, name, and image connected with the Event, in whole or in part, in any media. You further grant Momivate the right to license these rights to others as necessary for marketing purposes.

You also grant Momivate the right to use your full name, company name, biography and likeness in connection with the Event in any advertising or promoting Momivate and the Event.

You warrant that your content is your content, and that third parties do not have rights in or to the content you provide or the presentation you provide. You warrant that your participation and content in the Event will not infringe on the rights of others, and that you have the full power to grant this license and agree to these terms. Should your content incorporate copyrighted materials of others, you warrant that you have obtained such permission from those parties for use in Momivate's Event consistent with this Agreement.

Execution of this Agreement does not obligate Momivate to record, distribute, or reproduce your presentation or other affiliated materials, or to otherwise utilize any of your information.

You are authorized to advertise that you are part of the Event with Momivate and to use associated content to promote your own business, name, or goodwill.

In agreeing to these terms you do NOT grant permission for Momivate share your presentation with a third party who could do with it as they wished. You do NOT grant permission for Momivate to take pieces of your presentation and combine them with other things and/or edit what you present to create and distribute/sell a product or presentation that you have not endorsed. The material you present remains your intellectual property and as such, can only be adjusted, shared, or distributed by Momivate (or a third party that Momivate designates) with express permission from you.

INDEMNITY

You confirm that content of Momivate's Event, presentations, and other efforts are of Momivate's own opinions, recommendations, and advice, and that you will not hold Momivate liable for any outcome of participating in the Event, including without limitation having no additional business or goodwill arise as a result of participation in the Event. You agree to release and hold Momivate harmless for any disparaging, controversial, or offensive content that may arise during the Event, including content produced by third-parties, such as attendees of the Event, or in any media/publication/broadcast content leading up to or following the Event. You also agree to not use any disparaging, controversial, or offensive content or any inappropriate language such as swear words.

You agree to indemnify, release, defend and hold harmless Momivate, its directors, officers, volunteers, and employees from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of a third party and that are caused by or related to your covenants or obligations under this Agreement, infringement of intellectual property rights or arising from or related to its negligence or intentional misconduct in your performance of your covenants or obligations under this Agreement. The terms of this provision shall survive the termination or expiration of the Agreement.

I hereby consent to the use of my information, content, and the Event as described above and agree with and consent to these provisions: *

Miscellaneous Legal

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Utah, and any actions related hereto shall be brought in Salt Lake County, provided, however, that any disputes hereunder shall first be submitted to mediation. If any provision, or a portion thereof, of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, then that provision or portion shall be severed from this Agreement and the remainder of the Agreement remain in full force and effect. Waiver by a Party of a breach of any provision of this Agreement shall not operate or be construed as a continuing waiver. This Agreement may be signed in counterparts, and may be signed or transmitted electronically.
