Position Overview
We’re looking for a Mombassador Coordinator to help expand and support our Mombassador program. If you enjoy reaching out, building relationships, and encouraging women in their efforts to uplift moms, this role will be a beautiful fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit new Mombassadors
- Reach out with genuine enthusiasm to mompreneurs and women‑owned businesses
- Brainstorm creative ways to find potential Mombassadors
- Use (or help refine) an email template for first contact
- Share a simple overview of the Mombassador program and its purpose
- Offer additional info when requested (such as the Become a Mombassador! guide)
- Invite interested women to complete the sign‑up form
- Be available for questions and friendly conversation
- Support Current Mombassadors
- Check in regularly to see how their MomEvent planning is going
- Offer help, encouragement, and updates on other events happening
- Celebrate those who’ve held events and gather feedback or testimonials
- Help them feel seen, supported, and connected
Time Commitment & Expectations
- Dedicate a minimum of 3 hours per week to Momivate duties and outreach.
- Communicate proactively if circumstances impact your ability to fulfill responsibilities.

Join Momivate’s newsletter team to create engaging content and share resources that make a difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Help create and send out our weekly SMILE newsletter
- Align the campaigns with the weekly theme
- Create supportive, engaging content
- Primarily responsible for choosing/finding or creating inspirational content for our weekly newsletter
Requirements
- Strong creative writing skills
- Comfortable with digital tools and remote teamwork
- Passion for motherhood and community
Time Commitment & Expectations
- Dedicate a minimum of 3 hours per week to leadership duties and outreach.
- Communicate proactively if circumstances impact your ability to fulfill responsibilities.

Momivate seeks Mombassadors to organize events, share programs, and help secure support for our nonprofit.
Key Responsibilities
- Host at least 3 events annually
- Share Momivate’s programs and resources
- Coordinate logistics and promotion for Momviate
- Maintain records of donations and sponsorships

- Willing to follow nonprofit guidelines
